He’s got a reputation as the “go-to guy” for marketing in the transportation and logistics industry. That’s because he has more than 25 years marketing, communications, and sales experience in transportation, warehousing, and logistics, with a special expertise in business strategy, B-to-B marketing, and association management. As Senior Partner of MindShare Strategies, Everett regularly provides marketing counsel to the firm’s key accounts. He is particularly well-connected to shippers as the former Executive Director of the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC). Currently, he provides strategic counsel for the Women In Trucking Association.
Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). Her responsibilities are to work closely with WIT’s board of directors and staff to oversee initiatives that support WIT’s mission to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by them.
By aligning their work with corporate and employee expectations, employee resource groups (ERGs) can help people feel more included and engaged in the workplace. ERGs essentially are internal communities of workers with shared identities, interests and roles. Yet the new roles the companies envision for ERGs don’t always align with the roles set forth by ERGs themselves – or with employee expectations. And when there’s a gap between what ERGs deliver and what employees want, they can feel less included at work. On the other hand, ERG members who feel well-served enjoy greater feelings of inclusion and are more motivated and engaged.

A distinguished executive HR Leader and professional, Angelika Mangino supports with talent acquisition, culture/engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusivity at Clean Harbors. With more than 22 years of experience in hiring and retaining employees at all levels of an organization, she is skilled at creating compelling short- and long-term strategic plan, goals, and vision to move DE&I initiatives forward. Her efforts include measurable outcomes, communicating a call to action, and building high performing teams who are passionate and enthusiastic about achieving organizational objectives and goals through the lends of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice.
Much of her passion behind employee engagement comes from her background in education, as she started her career as an educator teaching young children and then advanced into a director role, overseeing several educational facilities in early childhood. Eventually, Mangino soon advanced her career within the Corporate HR world and began training and development programs, instilling culture and engagement at the forefront of the business.
As the Culture and Engagement Manager, she has led and supported the CDL Sponsorship Program across the organization, while being the corporate liaison and partner to Women In Trucking. Last year, she awarded the first female truck wrap at the 2022 WIT Accelerate Conference to tenure driver, Cathy Spencer. She acts as the advisory for all 7 Employee Resource Groups at Clean Harbors and spearheads the Lead Ambassador program.
Stephanie Erichson, PMP is a director of Strategic Programs at S&P Global, leading long-cycle enterprise and operational programs. She serves as the Global External Engagement Officer for WINS, an employee led resource group striving for an equitable world where women have healthy representation, role models, and recognition across all levels of the organization, cultivating an environment which enables every person to reach their fullest potential. WINS supports more than 6,000 members with 25 chapters world-wide.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Erichson specializes in operational transformation, executing creative solutions to bring value through workflow improvements, process automations, data, UI enhancements, and technology enablement. She has more than 15 years’ experience managing partnerships and is known as an approachable culture driver, recognized for building global engagement across communities.
Tori Longan serves as a Senior Director of Sales at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. She has been with the company since 2012, growing through the sales organization from entry level seller to her current role.
Additionally, Longan serves as the Vice President of J.B. Hunt’s Employee Resource Group, GROW (Growing & Retaining Outstanding Women). She champions for inclusion and equity through her work with GROW. She is committed challenging the status quo by helping create programming that amplifies the voices of underrepresented groups and implementing scalable strategies that both engages 1400+ GROW members and supports J.B. Hunt’s inclusion goals. Outside of work, you can find Longan with her husband and two little boys, often shuttling between swim lessons and soccer.
Adrian Barbera has been with Schneider for 17 years, presently serving as Regional Vice President of the Logistics Center in Dallas. Along with leading the sales efforts of the Dallas office, he leads several initiatives in DFW, including supporting the region with philanthropic and DEI contributions. He personally enjoys participating in the Big Brothers & Big Sisters program in Dallas.
Adrian grew up in the Chicago area but today is a resident of East Dallas. He loves spending time with his wife and daughter doing activities like kayaking, running, or biking at White Rock Lake.
A coach at heart, his passion to help others develop and meet their potential has been a driving force in his career and personal life.
Beth Potratz, Co-Founder and CEO for Drive My Way, has over 20 years of experience. Beth is an innovative, forward-thinking HR professional who is disrupting truck driver recruiting by treating the driver as a consumer in the employment relationship and making recruiting personal again. Beth is passionate about helping people find a meaningful career that fits their lifestyle.
Prior to Drive My Way, Beth built a successful HR consulting practice serving organizations in a variety of industries and held senior positions at Unilever, Rockwell Automation and Helene Curtis.
Beth earned a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Loyola University of Chicago. Beth resides in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys spending time with family.
